1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received.

Unused, unworn, and with original tags (if applicable).

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

If your return is due to a product defect or shipping error, we will provide a return shipping label. For non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

You will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return and receiving authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return to ensure hygiene and safety standards:

  • Perishable goods: Such as pet food, treats, or supplements.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items: Used pet gear, grooming tools, or items with broken original seals.
  • Customized products: Any personalized or custom-made pet accessories.
  • Hazardous materials: Flammable liquids, gases, or batteries.
  • Non-refundable costs: Original shipping fees paid at checkout.
  • Final sale items: Items purchased on clearance or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by our team.

Note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@fablepety.com.

Restocking fee: No restocking fee for returned items.

8. Return Address

Please contact our customer support team to obtain the correct return warehouse address before shipping any items. Authorization and instructions from fablepety are required before sending any items back. Depending on your location, returns may be processed at our regional warehouses in the US or Asia.
